Retreat Details

Retreat will begin with dinner at 6pm on Saturday October 12, 2024. Closing ceremony will be Friday evening October 18, 2024.   

Transportation will be provided from 10am-5pm on Saturday October 12 from Key West International Airport.  

Check out time is 10am on Saturday October 19, 2024.  Transportation will be provided from early am until 10am to Key West International Airport.  

You can drive.  If you fly to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, you can rent a car and drop it off at Key West International Airport.  Sometimes that is less expensive.  You will need to reserve a return car.

There are 3 single rooms with king beds

There are 2 double rooms, one has a king and a twin, the other has a queen and a twin

All bedrooms share a bath.  There are 3 full baths in the house. 

The house will accommodate 7 guests.  

Sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, water bottle, sandals, water shoes, swim suit, toiletries, work out clothes, journal, cute outfit for closing ceremony.  You may want to bring something for sea sickness if you are prone to that, and a mask with a snorkel if you have one.  Equipment is provided on the snorkel trip.   

You may want to spend a few extra days in Key West or exploring the Keys.  Key West has some amazing Boutique Bed and Breakfast and other accommodations.  

We don't not serve alcohol or coffee. You are welcome to bring your own coffee. Meals are healthy, filling and vegan. It is encouraged to disconnect from tech so you can go inward without distraction.
