Aerial Fitness can be enjoyed by anyone at any skill level. You will achieve a variety of benefits with the comforting support of the hammock. You can be nurtured and cocooned by the hammock in restorative poses. Flips and tricks can give one a powerful workout combining strength, balance, flexibility and core training.

Jan Hotalen started Aerial Fitness in 2014 at age 76. She trains 2 days a week and loves how playing in the hammocks keeps her strong and flexible. She has performed several choreographed routines. Click on Jan's Journey to see her progress and performances.
What I love about pole fitness is that I am always learning new stuff and it keeps me super fit. Kelly Elizabeth Goss is an amazing instructor and always has new tricks to teach me and she breaks it down so I can get it.
