Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it’s a little different every time. And of course, you’re welcome to take part in as many or as few of the activities as you feel inspired. You’re invited to really tap into your own feminine flow.
Activities include:
*Daily movement sessions such as yoga and healing expression through movement
*Some very special rituals, focusing on self love, forgiveness and connecting with the sacred feminine
*Aguahara – a unique aquatic bodywork that combines elements of massage, movement and breathwork,to help us connect with our inner selves, in our beautiful pool
*Learning and strengthening the love and compassion we have for ourselves
*Guided meditations, reflections and mindfulness activities
*Sharing heart circles – to listen and to be heard in a safe and loving container
*Exploring the female archetypes and understanding and harnessing their potential in our everyday lives

Retreat runs from 8am-8pm, there are a few options to stay on site at no extra charge. First come first serve. Please inquire.
Sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, water bottle, swim suit, beach towel, journal or notepad, earplugs if needed for water or sleeping, medications, beach towel, something to place on the alter if you like,, extra yoga mat if you want to double up on concrete deck.
If you are sleeping over; pillow, sheet, bath towel, toiletries
Clothing: lightweight and comfortable for movement, long sleeve top and pants in case of mosquitoes, sun shirt, sarong, swim suit, dress our outfit that you feel beautiful in. Can be white or whatever you want.
Provided: Yoga mat, meditation cushion, blankets, extra towels.
3 nourishing meals a day. We don't not serve alcohol or coffee. You are welcome to bring your own coffee. Meals are healthy, filling and vegan. It is encouraged to disconnect from tech so you can go inward without distraction.
This schedule is flexible. Some activities could take a bit longer or be shorter but this is a general daily outline

Time to integrate, relax, journal, read, hang in the hammock, socialize, swim, hot tub, nap, explore or meditate in the woods on the side of the house and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
